The name Conglfaen is Welsh for Cornerstone and points to the home providing the cornerstone for CYP to develop skills to live healthy and happy lives and safely integrate in the community.
Conglfaen Children’s Home is a care home within the wider organisation of Skylark Care Solutions Ltd. It offers a high-quality living environment for children and young people, providing a child-centred approach tailored to meet their individual needs. Our home was named Conglfaen, derived from Welsh, meaning “foundation stone”—symbolizing a strong, stable, and nurturing environment where children can be themselves and feel loved. All essential amenities are within easy reach.
