We support each young person’s educational journey through personalized plans, either through mainstream or specialized schooling, and encourage further education or vocational training to enhance future life opportunities. We also prepare young people for independent living by equipping them with the necessary emotional and practical skills, as well as helping them build positive relationships with others.
We prioritize communication with multi-agency partners to ensure that the needs of each young person are met. Regular updates and reports ensure that professionals collaborate effectively to set and achieve care plan goals.
